BEEF CHOP SUEY 11/2 pounds beef, diced 1 /4 cup oil 2 tablespoons soy sauce 3 cups celery, cut in 1-inch pieces 2 large onions, chopped 1 tablespoon molasses 2 cups Kosher Beef Bouillon 2 cups canned bean sprouts, drained 3 tablespoons _ cornstarch 2 teaspoons salt Freshly ground black pepper 6 cups hot boiled rice Fry beef in oil over high heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in soy sauce, salt and pepper. Remove meat and keep hot. To oil remaining in saucepan add celery, onion, molasses and bouillon. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes, stirring fre- quently. Add bean sprouts and cook for 3 minutes. Replace beef. Mix cornstarch and 1/4 cup water, and add. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Serve with rice. Serves 6. BROS.
