Women Mobilize Many Events for Brotherhood Women of Metropolitan De- troit mobilized Tuesday after- noon between the hours of 1 and 3 to meet the challenge of Brotherhood Week, sparked by the Women's Division of the Detroit Round Table of the National Conference of Chris- tians and Jews. One hundred Brotherhood teas were in prog- ress simultaneously in Metro- politan Detroit and the sub- urban areas. UNICEF Chief Proposes $31,000 for Dietary Study UNITED NATIONS. (AJP)— Maurice Pate, executive direc- tor of the United Nations chil- dren fund (UNICF), has recom- mended that his organization grant Israel $31,000 to help in a survey to be made of dietary habits among new immigrants.
