WASHINGTON — Israel has been invited to participate in
the first World Congress of Flight, to be held in cooperation
with the Departments of Defense.and State, in Las Vegas, Nev.,
April 12 to 19.
BOSTON — The Associated Jewish Philanthropies of BostOn
has invested $100,000 in Israel Bonds. . . . The local Community
Council issued a policy statement deploring careless and in-
discriminate use of public citations in connection with goodwill
and money-raising activities.

JERUSALEM — A worldwide campaign to finance the absorp-

tion of mass immigration of Jews from Romania and other East
European countries was discussed here at a meeting between
Premier David Ben-Gurion and Dr. Nahum Goldmann, president
of the World Zionist Organization . . . For the first time since
the days of King Solomon, Israel began to export copper, the
first cargo of copper mined at Timna, bound for Germany,
having left aboard a Danish freighter which weighed anchor
from Haifa . . . Kaddish Luz, Israel Minister of AgricultUre,

drought relief for farmers . . The first payments of compensa-

Weg. a publication originally edited and printed in Buenos Aires
and then in Vienna and circulated among 16.000 people in West
Germany by a retired customs inspector. on grounds that it glori-
fies former hi"hranking Nazis and slanders government leaders
in addition to supporting Nazi theories, is being heard in court
here.
MUELHEIM, Germany—A 45-year-old local merchant, whose
name was not made public, was arraigned before a local jury
charged with libel and public condonation of murder growing out
of an argument in which be shouted anti-Jewish insults, and
called a fellow-townsman, who is not a Jew, a -"Jewish lout"
whom - Hitler forgot to gas."
VIENNA — The Ministry of Interior dissolved a newly-
formed neo-Nazi organization, stating that the chief aim of the
organization known as the Patriotic Austrian Soldiers was the
revival of the Nazi party.
