On the return trip Dr. Stern was awarded a Fellowship in the American College of Surgeons at its meeting in Chicago. Dr. Leon Fram has returned from St. Louis, Mo., where he delivered the principal address of the building fund campaign dinner of that city's Temple Israel, which was held at Westwood Country Club. On the way, he stopped at Evansville, Ind., where he was the guest of Mr. Norman Shane, a member of the execu- tive board of the Union of American Hebrew Congregations, who was one of his traveling companions in Israel last spring. Mr. and Mrs. Hyman Goodman and children, of Tracey Ave., have left for a month's stay in Florida.
