Labor Zionist Parley on School Program; All Branches to Attend With the increase in enroll- ment adding to interest being shown in the United Jewish Folk Schools, a record attend- ance is predicted for the an- nual school conference, to be held Sunday, at the Hayim Greenberg Center, 19161 Schae- fer. All branches of the Poale Zion, Farband and Pioneer Women will be represented at the conference,.which begins at 10 a.m., it was stated by Ben Harold, conference chairman. After Harold's opening re- marks, the conference will hear reports from teachers on sub- jects, methods and textbooks and an outline by Movsas Gold- oftas, principal on the school's curriculum and philosophy. Other addresses will be made by Gerald Nakell and Harry Mondry, chairman of the school board. Following luncheon at 12 noon, there will be a symposium on "How the United Jewish Folk Schools Serves the Move- ment and the Community." An- other topic of discussion will be "Does the School Curriculum Meet the Needs of Our Youth?" All members of the Labor Zionist movement are eligible to attend.
