will hold its first social at 12:30

Mrs. David Gudes, president.
Dessert luncheon will be follow-

ler, vice-president of member-

HOOD has scheduled its annual
donor luncheon for Dec. 8, in
the synagogue social hall, under
the chairmanship of Mrs. Isaac
Tennenhouse. A rummage sale
also is being planned for Nov.

Council will hold a leadership
seminar for the orientation of
incoming officers and commit-
tee chairmen of local chapters,
beginning at 10 a.m., Thursday,
at the Hayim Greenberg Center.
Chairmen for the four simul-
taneous workshops scheduled
are: Mesdames Irving Posner,
presidents' workshop; Milton
Weiss, organization; Harry Mon-
dry, education, and Sam Was-

serman, funds.
Following lunch served by the
social committee, the afternoon
will be devoted to a plenary
session. Mrs. Ben Harold will be
chairman of this session and
Mrs. Erwin Berman will speak
on the "Role of the Individual
in her Club."
