Israel Halevi Herzog received
New Year greetings from the
Moscow Chief Rabbi and from
heads of communities in Ro-
mania, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia
and Poland, the office of the

Wednesday. The greetings from
Moscow arrived Tuesday night,
apparently having been delayed.
