JOHANNESBURG (JTA) —
The. foundation of a monument
to the memory of Europe's mar-
tyred Jews was erected this
week at the local Jewish ceme-
tery. Survivors of concentration
camps formed a guard of honor
with flaming torches. The audi-
ence wept as Chief Rabbi Louis
