SOC Hadassah Slates Luncheon

South Oakland County Hadas-
sah will open its 1958-59 season
with a luncheon meeting at
12:30 p.m., Tuesday, at Temple
Emanu-El, Oak Park.
Mrs. Morris Adler, wife of
Rabbi Adler, and a past presi-
dent of Detroit Hadassah, will
be featured speaker. She will
tell of Hadassah work in Israel,
which she observed first-hand
while visiting there.
The meeting, " . . . All This
Is Hadassah" will be -opened by
presid,e n t, Mrs. Maurice
Schiller, followed by talks by
vicq-presidents Mesdames Mor-
ris Brandwine, Louis Cooper
and Stanley Waxenberg.
A musical skit, "Three Faces
of Reva Durtschy," written by
Mrs. Alvin Lezell and Mrs.
Albert Newman, will star Mrs.
Sol Pokart and Dr. Harold Ro-
land.`- Mesdames William Adler,

Daniel Arnold, Eugene Kahn,
Paul Kaye, Bernard Rubin and
Abel Selburn will be featured
in a dramatic presentation,
"Declaration of Human Rights."
The meeting was prepared by
Mesdames Selburn Newman,
Marshall Fisher, Norman Graff,
Ernest Beck, Louis Goldman,
Phillip Atkins, Julius Rubin,
Murray Shubin and Seymour
Joffe.
