MRS. ROBERT ADOLPH
R he b a Judith Rosenzweig,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis
Rosenzweig, of Appoline Ave.,
and Robert Adolph, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Leo Adolph, of West
Newton, Mass., were united in
marriage in a double-ring cere-
mony performed by Dr. Leon
Fram on June 24, at the Whit-
tier Hotel.
The bride was attended by
Mrs. Jerry Harris as matron of
honor, while bridesmaids were
Judy Disner and Marilyn Lif-
sitz. Peter Adolph was his broth-
er's best man, and ushers were
Marc and Robert Rosenzweig,
the bride's brothers, and Jack
Lifsitz.
The new Mrs. Adolph receiv-
ed her BA degree in liberal arts
this June from the University
of Michigan. Her husband holds
a BA from Williams College and
an MA from U. of M.
The couple will reside in Cam-
bridge, Mass., after their return
from an Eastern honeymoon.
There, Mr. Adolph is enrolled
at Harvard University, where
he is studying for his doctorate
in English.

Mr. and Mrs. Hersh Goldberg, of Oak Park, Mich., have
returned from Miami Beach, Fla., where they visited Miss Irene
Seltzer, formerly of Detroit.
Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Eistein, of 16216 Woodingham, recently
observed their 50th wedding anniversary at a dinner party at
Horowitz Catering, given by their son and daughter-in-law, Mr.
and Mrs. Emanuel E. Einstein, of Birchcrest Dr., and their
daughter and sore-in-law. Mr. and Mrs. Paul R. Feiler, of Wis-
consin Ave. The couple's five grandchildren, a number of rela-
tives and friends and family from New York attended.
Honoring the Maurice Flochs, of Winthrop Ave., on the
occasion of their 20th anniversary, the Albert Dutsch's, of Humber
Rd., Huntington Woods, tendered a surprise dinner party last
Sunday.
Dr. and Mrs. Herbert H. Cohen, of Chesterfield Rd., enter-
tained recently at a cocktail party honoring the 25th wedding
anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob E. Steinhardt. Married on
June 25, 1933, the couple has three children, Mrs. George
Armondo, of New York, and Diane and David, students at
Wayne State University.
Mrs. Isaac (Celia) Margolis, formerly of Detroit and now of
Tucson, Ariz., is currently visiting here with friends and rela-
tives. She is the house guest of Mr. and Mrs. Aaron B. Margolis,
of 20250 St. Marys.
Mr. and Mrs. Sam J. Willis and twin sons, Nat and Jerry,
have returned from a four-month tour abroad, which included
a visit . to the Brussels World Fair as well as stopovers in Ireland,
England, Denmark, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, France, Aus-
tralia, India and Israel.
Miss Reisa Katz, of 23140 Cloverlawn, Oak Park, left by
air on July 7 for Alexandria, Va., to spend 10 days with her
brother and sister-in-law, Sp3/C and Mrs. Morrey Katz. Her
brother is stationed at Fort Belvoir, Va., where he will complete
two years of Army service in August. Miss Katz will return here
with her sister-in-law, who will remain in Detroit until her
husband's discharge from service.
Mr. and Mrs. Nate Shapero will leave for Europe July 26
aboard the SS United States. Their visit will include 10-day stop-
overs in both Russia and Poland.

at Omena, initiated the summer
season with a duplicate bridge
tournament over the July 4
weekend.
Winners were Mrs. Henry
Erman and Mrs. Ruth Schaffer
(north and south), and Mrs.
Sam Gold and Mrs. Philip Don-
on (east and west). Duplicate
bridge tournaments will be held
twice weekly, on Saturday eve-
nings and Sunday mornings.
Mrs. Charlotte Feldman is di-
rector of the Bridge Club, and
is assisted by Leon Stolzenberg.
