MRS. HOWARD L. RADNER Mr. and Mrs. Howard L. Rad-- ner are now residing on Coving- ton Dr., following their return from a honeymoon in Hawaii and on the West Coast. Before her marriage in a candlelight double - ring cere- mony at the Sheraton-Cadillac Hotel, the bride was Miriam Vinocur, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sy Vinocur, of Pennington Dr. Mr. Radner is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Radner, of Wildemere Ave. Rabbi Morris Adler performed the ceremony. For her wedding, the bride chose a gown of white silk mist with appliques of imported lace adorning the fitted bodice and front of the gown. It was high- I i g h to d with three - quarter sleeves and ended in a chapel train. Her flowers were white orchids. Helaine Geller was maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Suzanne Tyner, sister of the bridegroom, Barbara Radner and Myrna Greenberg. Robert Radner was his broth- er's best man, while ushers were Herbert Tyner and Allen and Samuel Vinocur, brothers of the bride. Abraham Kosoglad, of 7028 Thatcher, will leave Detroit on July 15 for New York, em- barking two days later aboard the SS Israel for a year's stay in the Holy Land. Mr. Kosoglad, who has been in this country 50 years since coming here Jan. 4, 1908 from his native Russia, is now re- tired from the laundry service he operated for most of his years here. During that time he made many friends, some of whom are now in Israel and whom he will visit during his year's stay • there. He is a charter member of Adas Shalom Syna- gogue. Mr. Kosoglad is making the trip on the occasion of Israel's 10th anniversary of statehood, says that like most Jews, Israel, next to this country, is his greatest love. He also mentioned the deep appreciation he feels that it was the opportunities available to all people in the United States that makes it possible for him to make this long-awaited trip. Bidding bon voyage to Mr. Kosoglad will be his son, Sol Keller, five daughters, Nies- dames Morris Nemer, Emanuel Davidson, Joseph Glicker, Ber- nard Yaffe and Bernard Schwartz; his 18 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
