will moderate the final panel
discussion of the season for the
HIGH SCHOOL INTERN A-
TIONAL CLUB. "Transporta-
tion" is the subject of the talk,
to be heard at 7:30 p.m., Mon-
day, at Parkman Branch Li-
brary. Panelists will include
Seymour Dussman and Jay Shu-
maker, of Mumford High School.

as state president in June.

Three consecutive programc
of the Kvutzah Ivrith, the He-
brew cultural group of Detroit,
will be dedicated to the celebra-
tion of Israel's 10th anniver-
sary.
The initial event in the series
will be an all-Hebrew broadcast,
the first time such a program
has been broadcast locally. It
will be heard at 7 p.m., June 1,
over radio station WXYZ.
A number of brief talks will
be given in Hebrew, and there
will be a variety of new Israel
songs featured.
On June 7, the second activi-
ty will be a song and dance fes-
tival to be held in cooperation
with the Hebrew Teachers Or-
ganization of the United He-
brew Schools, at the Rose Sittig
Cohen Bldg.
Concluding the Israeli cele-
bration and also ending the sea-
son for Kvutzah members is a
regular meeting on June 21, in
the home of Joseph Katz, presi-
dent, 3785 Glendale. Original
Hebrew readings by members
will highlight the evening.
