Seltzer, son of Prof. and Mrs. Lawrence Selt- zer, has won the award for having done the best work in his first two years of studies in the Wayne State University Medical School. The award was made by the Alumni Association of Wayne State University Medical School at its annual meeting on May 7. Ronald holds a B.A. degree from the University of Mich- igan. He is president of his class. His father is chairman of the economics department at Wayne State University.
