New Pumping System
Avoids Sump Holes

A radically new type of
plumbing system that eliminates
'sump holes and provides a com-
pletely closed, odorless, sanitary
plumbing system in areas where
city sewers are neither available
nor adequate is currently being
introduced nationally by the
Dry- master Pump Co., 9938 Wy-
oming.
This new system also works
equally well in areas where
sewers are available but code
requires that seepage water be
discharged by pump instead of
gravity.
Heart of this new plumbing
system is the Drymaster Sump-
less Pump which discharges
basement seepage and laundry
water directly from the seepage
tile without the use of the cus-
tomary sump hole. The Dry-
master Sumpless Pump operates
from a closed plumbing system
and all mechanical parts are
located above the floor level.
The Drymaster has been
designed either for new homes
that would normally require a
sump hole or for existing homes
that are already equipped with
a conventional sump pump sys-
tem.
Donald Weisman, president of
Drymaster Pump Co., pointed
out that this unit offers an ex-
cellent sales feature to the
home builder because it gives
the new home buyer an odor-
less, sanitary, completely closed
plumbing system.
Weisman also stated that the
possibility of mechanical failure
of the Drymaster is extremely
rare, and should such a thing
occur, it can be easily remedied
because the entire pumping
mechanism is located above the
floor.
