Roy Reuther to Speak
to Beth El Young Adults
Labor leader Roy L. Reuther
will address the Young Adult
Group of Temple Beth El at 8
p.m., Thursday, at the temple.
Active- in organized labor since
1927, Reuther is currently ad-
ministrative assistant to UAW
president Walter Reuther and
director of the Union's citizen-
ship program.
The meeting is open to all
single men and women between
the ages of 21 and 35. A ques-
tion and answer period and a
social hour will follow the
speaker.
Rock 'n' roll, calypso, jazz,
and Dixieland music feature to-
night's production of "The
Soun d." Professional, semi-
professional and amateur talent
highlights this semester's con-
cert. Under the auspices of the
Student Council, this jazz con-
cert will hold its second per-
formance tonight after its open-
ing last night.
The purpose of "The Sound"
is to raise funds to bring two
foreign exchange students to
Mumford next semester. This
year' Mumford is - proud to host
two foreign exchange student,
Monique Halpern from France
and Gerd Roos from Germany.
