Israel Sisterhood
Sets 4 - Day Fair Planned for April: 13 for Annual Goodwill Luncheon

An original poster of Tou-
louse Lautrec will be one of
the unusual features that will
highlight the seventh annual
Antique Fair of the Temple
Israel Sisterhood, which opens
at 12 noon, Sunday, at the
temple.
According to Mrs. Seymour
S. Elliman, vice-president of
ways and means and chairman
of the fair,
the poster is
from the col-
lection of Ed-
ward Czapla,
a Mt. Clemens
dealer, one of
several from
out-state who
will be ex-
hibiting at the
annual pro-
Mrs. Ellman gram.
The lithograph is of Madam
Natanson, an art patron of
Lautrec's time who figures
prominently in the story of his
career.
Another highlight of the four-
day program, -which runs from
12 noon to 10 p.m., Sunday to
Wednesday, is the bird and
beef buffet, patterned after
the famous restaurant of that
name, which will serve home-
cooked luncheons and dinners
under the supervision of Mrs.
Sol Stein. In the listing of those
assisting her in last week's
issue, the name of Mrs. Norman
Noble was omitted.
For the first time. children
who are accompanied by adults
will be admitted without charge.
Exhibits by over two dozen
dealers will be open for view-
ing and purchasing of rare
glass, fine wood, antique silver
and primitives.
In addition, the Sisterhood
will have a booth where old-
fashioned delicacies, hand-made
aprons and other items will be
available.
Tickets are available at the
temple office, UN. 3-7769, or
at the door.
