MISS MIRIAM VINOCUR

Mr. and Mrs. Sy Vinocur, of
18061 Pennington, have made
known the engagement of their
daughter, Miriam, to Howard
Radner, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Joseph Radner, of 18910 Wilde-
mere.
Miss Vinocur attended Green-
brier College for Women. The
prospective bridegroom is a
graduate of the University of
Michigan and the U. of M.
school of law.
A March 30 wedding has been
planned.

Rare glass, fine wood pieces,
antique silver and primitives
are some of the items to be
shown at the seventh annual
Antique Fair, sponsored by the
Temple Israel Sisterhood, it was
announced this week by Mrs.
George M. Stutz, president.
The fair, to be held March
16 to 19, at the temple, will
feature ex-
hibits by 24
antique deal-

from out-state
areas. Booths
will be open
from 12 noon
to 10 p.m., all
four days.
Mrs. Sey-
mour S. Ell-
a n, vi ce-

ways and
Mrs. Stutz
means and
chairman of the fair, announces
that in addition to antiques,
there will be a cracker barrel
store selling old-fashioned
delicacies, hand-made aprons
and other items at a Sister-
hood booth.
Three portrait painters, Artis
Lane, George Provard and Bill
Logan, will do pastel sketches
of visitors to the fair. This
feature was arranged through
art patron Sam Field.
Organ music will provide a
musical setting throughout the
fair, and the bird and beef
buffet will serve home-cooked
luncheons and 'dinners, under
the chairmanship of Mrs. Sol
Stein. She is assisted by Mes-
dames Tom Mitteldorf, Louis
Dizik and Paul Camiener.
The fair souvenir book is
being planned by Mesdames
Frank Manchel, Charles Bassey,
Albert Jaco and Irma Somlyo.
Secretaries include Mesdames
David Leeser, Simon Traurig
and Morton Barris.
Tickets are being handled by
Mesdames Hyman Jacks o n,
Harry Fisher and David Yaffee,
and may be obtained by calling
the temple office, UN. 3-7769,
or at the door.
Mrs. Stutz advises that pro-
ceeds from the Antique Fair
will aid the Sisterhood in ful-
filling its commitments to
various temple projects.
