Guests are invited. * * * Israeli Leader to Aid Women's '58 Bond Drive Miss Judith Herrmann, for- mer captain in the British Army and lieutenant in the Israeli Navy, arrived in Detroit on the first leg of a nation-wide tour in behalf of the Israel Bond campaign. As a public relations officer of the State of Israel, she will assist the Detroit Wo- men's Division for Israel Bonds in launching their 1958 drive. To stimulate activity in the Israel Bond drive, the women are encouraged to enroll in the National Sponsors with a pur- chase of $1,000 or more, or to join the Chen with the sale of $2,500 or more in Israel Bonds. Karlin, na- tional Chen chairman of the Women's Di- vision for Is- rael Bonds Pittsburgh communal leader, will speak at the "Oper alogue- Lune h e o n," Feb. 20, in Mrs. Turkel's home. Mrs. Karlin's role as Chen Chairman is to encourage thousands of Mrs. Karlin women to sell $2,500 in Israel Bonds in 1958. For each $2,500 sale that member receives a gold charm depicting one of the 12 tribes of Israel.
