Doron, top Israeli planning specialist, left Accra this week for Israel via Ni- geria, after having completed a study of Ghana's water needs and supply which took him back and forth across 3,600 miles of the country. Doron said that Israel would be able to send technicians to assist Ghana in a well-digging, water supply and irrigation program which it needed.
