mudic and secular learning.
Students devote morning
study to Jewish and Hebrew
lore. During the afternoon, the
yeshivah students cross the
street and devote time to scien-
tific and technical` research.

Dr. Fram Writes Article
for 'American Judaism'
Cong. Shaarey Zedek an-
nounces a tour to Israel for the
celebration of the Jewish states'
tenth anniversary.
The Shaarey Zedek tour, un-
der the personal direction of
Rabbi and Mrs. Morris Mier,
will leave from New York April
17 by air for Brussels for the
opening of the 1958 World's
Fair. From Brussels, the cara-
van will fly to Israel where
they will spend 15 days, seeing
the country from Dan to - Eilat,
and will visit the government
leaders. Leisure time for at-
tending music and drama festi-
vals, visiting with relatives and
friends will be available to tour
members.
From Israel, the Shaarey Ze-
dek Caravan will continue to

members having the option of
returning by air or steamship.
