At the recent election meet-
ing held by Ramblewood Coun-
try Club, the following mem-
bers were elected to serve on
the board of directors:
Sanford Pearlman, Bernard
Schmidt, Mrs. Evelyn Wiss,
Lawrence Zamler, and William
Zolkower.
At the business portion of the
meeting, Dr. Samuel Meisner,
chairman of the children's ac-
tivities -committee, stated that
the club's junior bowling league
contains more than 50 young-
sters, aged nine to fourteen.
Professional i n s t r u c t ion is
planned for the league.
The membership hopes to
keep children an integral part
of the club, Dr. Meisner said.

Mrs. Hedwig Peritz was recently honored on the occasion
of her 80th birthday at a buffet supper given by her children,
Mr. and Mrs. Bernhardt Salomon, Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Peritz
and her grandchildren, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Dodge.
Mrs. Morris Fishman was honored, on the occasion of her
birthday, by the Women's Auxiliary of the United Hebrew
Schools, at their annual luncheon at the Beth Aaron Synagogue.
A surprise birthday cake was presented to her by Mrs. Rubin
Saywitz, president.
Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Sloan and son, Lance, of Washington,
D. C., were the guests last week of their parents and grand-
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alan Sloan, of Santa Clara Avenue.
- Mrs. Martin Hollander, of Ward Ave., will be hostess at a
tea Monday afternoon honoring the grand officers of the Order
of the Golden Chain. They are here from the East to • celebrate
the chartering of the Order's Detroit Link.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Tuttleman and son, Elle Steven,
formerly of Votrobeck Dr., are now residing in their new home
at 24838 Templar, Southfield Township.
Allan J. Roth, of Tyler Ave., has just returned from a three-
week
stay in Miami Beach, Fla.

Einstein Hanukah Event
Offers Play by Children

"Open Your Heart," an ori-
ginal play, will be presented by
Albert Einstein Chapter of Bnai
Brith at 8 p.m., Tuesday, at
Cong. Bnai Moshe, as part of
the chapter's Hanukah pro-
gram.
According to Mrs. Irving
Isaacs, Einstein Chapter presi-
dent, the play will feature
talented children of members.
The presentation, to be fol-
lowed by a social hour and re-
freshments, is open to the pub-
lic at no admission charge.
