Hamil- ton, nationally known hospital consultant, who serves as con- sultant to Sinai Hospital's pro- gram planning committee. Prof. Hamilton will be intro- duced by Max J. Zivian, chairman of the program plan- ning committee. The meeting will be co- chaired by Max Osnos, presi- dent of Sinai, and Melville S. Welt, president of North End Clinic. One phase of the expansion program which will be sub- mitted Tuesday calls for the early construction of an out- patient unit at Sinai, with appropriate supporting depart- ments and facilities, to take the place of the present North End Clinic. The meeting also will review the progress of the hospital's first five years. Osnos, Welt, Dr. Saul Rosenzweig, chief of staff, Dr. Julien Priver, Sinai director, George M. Stutz, pres- ident of Shapero School of Nursing, and Mrs. Seymour J. Frank, president of the Sinai Women's Guild, will report. Eight trustees will be elected to the Sinai board. Nominated for five-year terms are Charles N. Agree, Tom Borman, Jacob A. Citrin, Israel Davidson, Mrs. Joseph H. Ehrlich, Joseph Hat- dleman, Abe Kasle and Leonard N. Simons. A reception will follow the meeting. * * * Sinai Hospital Names Associate Director Sydney C.
