To introduce the "lmtury
look" in family living, Practical
Home Builders announced the
opening of two new model homes
in their • Hearthstone develop-
ment, south of W. Eight Mile
between Grand River and Middle-
belt. Models are priced from
$21,250 and $21,950.
The new models, designed
with the modern , family in
mind, offer a spacious paneled
den, a bath and a half, separate
powder room, a third bath
already roughed in, and sliding
