Outer Dr., whose engagement to Paul (Ned) Doner recently was announced, was given on Sunday by his mother, Mrs. Elsie Doner. Miss Fishman, who is attending the Wayne State University school of education, is a member of Alpha Epsilon Phi sorority. Her fiance, a senior in the WSU college of law, is affiliated with Tau Delta Phi and Tau Epsilon Rho fraternities. They are planning a Dec. 17 wedding.
