Judith Rachel Usher, daughter
of Dr. and Mrs. William Kay
Usher, of 1206 Balfour Rd.,
Grosse Pointe, and Martin Jo-
seph Albion, son of Mr. and
Mrs. Simpson Albion, of 4590
Pickering, Birmingham. Dr.
Richard C. Hertz officiated.
The bride wore a wedding
gown of embroidered silk or-
gandy, featuring a scooped
neckline and puff sleeves. A
full skirt that fell straight in
front from a basque bodice ex-
tended into a full sweep train.
Her double-tiered veil of illu-
sion was held in place by a shell
cap of embroidered silk or-
gandy, and she carried phae-
lanopsis orchids with stephan-
otis and ivy.
Bonnie Albion was the maid
of honor, and bridesmaids were
Wanda Walgenbach, Deane
Meisner and Mrs. Alan Adelson.
Ira Albion was his brother's
best man, and ushers included
Robert Usher and Charles
Usher, 'the bride's brothers,
Marvin Starman, Sheldon Baum
and Harvey Weiss.
Following a reception at the
Whittier, the couple left for a
honeymoon to Martha's Vine-
, yard and New York City. On
their return, the couple will
take up residence in Ann Arbor.
