JERUSALEM (JTA)—Israel's
development problem is the ap-
plication of "high grade brains
to low grade resources," Sir
Benjamin Lockspeiser, chairman
of the all-European cocrimission
on atomic power, told a press
conference here.
He summed up the results of
a week-long meeting of the Is-
rael Government Technological
Advisory Board, consisting of
foreign and

Israeli scientists,
engineers and research leaders.
As an example, Sir Benjamin,
onQ of Britain's foremost nuclear
scientists, revealed that Israeli
chemists had developed a new
and cheap method of chemically
increasing the - concentration of
manganese in low grade ores.
He was unusually cautious about
Israel's plans for expansion of
potash production, even ques-
tioning whether current potash
production methods were profit-
able.

STOCKHOLM, (JTA)—Fiv'e
Swedish neo-Nazis disrupted a

World Federalist Movement
with anti-Semitic and anti-Is-

Beside -shouting anti-Jewish
remarks and accusing Israel
epithets, they also distributed
anti-Semitic literature.
Only the intervention of lead-

' HOWEVER GOOD Florence
Nightingale was, she has to take
a back seat in our books now
when it comes to handling a

our recent illness, taking care of
us morning, • noon and night
while we were ibedded with the
flu and then a bit of virus pneu-
monia . . . Mom was the official

seeing to it that we took them
whether we liked it or not! .. .
Thanks to that wonderful moth-

DOCTORS HEAR stories ga-
lore and when they have the
time, which is very seldom,
they'll give • out with a gem .. .
Giving us a chest X-ray, Dr. A.
S. Goldstein took a valuable
couple of minutes to_: tell us
about the rich lady who loved
to read a successful magazine
because every month it gave
the 'details of a rare new dis-
ease, Which the rich lady imme-
diately imagined she was suf-
fering from herself . . . Several
doctors•made a handsome living
out of this .. . Vacationing dur-
ing the recent winter, however,
she _suddenly ran into. one old
country doctor who wasn't hav-
ing any of her nonsense .
"You couldn't possibly have this
disease you say is destroying
you," he told her gruffly. "In..
the first place, if you did haire
it, you'd never - know it. It
causes absolutely no pain or
suffering whatever." . . "Just
as I suspected," crowed the rich
lady triumphantly. "Those are
my symptoms precisely!"
