rael Synagogue.
The dance program, to be per-
formed in a theater-in-the-
round, will consist of three
themes: pastoral love scenes,
land and war, Chana Stiebel, a
native Israeli, is director and
choreographer of the group.
The Hamachol choir includes
Israeli boys and girls who are
studying in American colleges.
Last year the Hamachol Group
performed for a Flint audience
of 400 people. Recently the
group presented a half - hour
performance on television in
Detroit.
- Harry J. Binder is in charge
of arrangements for the affair.

.Pioneer Women to Open
Leadership Workshop

This coming Thursday will
mark the opening of a leader-
ship workshop to be sponsored
by the Pioneer Women's organi-
zation, advises Mrs. Harold No-
vack, education vice-president.
Rabbi Simon Noveck will dis-
cuss "Tips on Programming" at
the initial session.
"How to Moderate a Meeting"
will be the topic discussed by a
Wayne State University profes-
sor on April 11. On May 9, par-
ticipants will learn "How to
Sell . Pioneer Women."
The second of a PW monthly
Study„ Club series in "Great
Personalities in -Jewish History"
is slated for March 27, accord-
ing to Mrs. David Sislin, cul-
tural chairman.
