The Central senior play,
"Best Foot Forward," is under
way, as parts were recently an-
nounced. Starring in the pro-
duction are Ronnie Greenberg,
Joanne Shook, Anita Silverman,
Jack Pelcman, Gerald Gordan,
Jerry Sage, Abby Rabinowitz,
Brenda Belinsky, Judy Howell,
Bernie Epel, Jon Rosenzweig,
Lenny Solomon, Torn Shook,
Marilyn Victor, Fred Starr,
Margo Panush, Esther Derum,
Leon Reynolds and Russell Mes-
kin. It will be presented May
16 and 17, in Central's Audi-
torium.
l2A's were initiated into their
senior roles recently at the first
senior meeting. Such things as
the senior trip and prom were
discussed.
Central joined with other
schools to celebrate Brother-
hood Week. The Drama Club
and Unity Forum presented a
program at assemblies Thurs-
day and Friday. Sharon Bern-
stein, Joanne -Shook, Tom
Shook, Anthony Campbell, Mel
Siegal, Carol Johnson and
Jerry Sage were among thoSe
who took part in the presenta-
tion.

As the term - gets under way
and extra-curricular activities
begin again, new officers were
elected to lead the duties of the
various clubs. Max Jacobs, Mar-
shall Berman, president; Carl
Lauter, Secretary; Joel Roth,
treasurer; Anna Malatouris,'his-
torian, were chosen to represent
the Latin Club and Rossalind
Venable, Judy Perry, and Shiela
Eidelman were selected by the
Future Teachers Club.
Central Scores again! The
Blazers scored another victory
by beating Western 61-56. This
clinches ' second place in the
league.

to Attend ACPC Parley
