Liebowitz, in Las Vegas, Nev., Valerie Suzanne Kay, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Harry H. The bridegroom, who attended Ohio University, will resume his chemical engineering studies at U.C.L.A. upon discharge this month from the army medical corps, at the San Francisco Presidio.
