Chic.ago Histadrut Leader Talks Here - Lazar Shupakevitz, co-direc- tor of the !Chicago Histadrut Campaign, will be in Detroit next week to address a number of local programs aimed at con- cluding the last stages of the Histadrut drive here. Shupakevitz will speak at an emergency breakfast session for the Detroit Landsmanshaften Council on Feb. 17, and later that same day he will be prin- cipal speaker at a worker's rally.
