plaques will be unveiled in trib-
ute to Morris S. Kramer, Alex
Nichamin and Israel M. Hertz.
The ceremony will be held
Sunday afternoon, in the Labor
Zionist Institute, when rooms
will be named for' each of' the
late leaders. _
The Kramer family will be
given. a framed certificate call-:

which he served for many
years, first as president of
Branch 79 and later as secre7•
tary of the Farband City Com-
mittee.
The ceremonies will be part
of a two-day Farband city con-
ference, to begin Saturday, in

Rabbi Frain to 'Officiate
at Goirernor's 'Inaugural

Dr. Leon Fram, rabbi of Tern-
ple Israel, will be in Lansing
on New Year's Day to officiate,
for the fifth time in succession,
at the inaugural ceremonies of
Gov. G. Mennen Williams.
Also swearing the Governor
into office at the State Capitol
building will be Rt. Rev, Rich-
ard Emrich, of the Episcopal
Church to which the governor
belongs, and a representative of
the Catholic church.

the inaugural of the late Gov.
