Isaac Toubin Succeeds Petegorsky as National Director of AJ Congress Isaac Toubin, nationally-noted authority in Jewish communal affairs and intergroup relations, has been appointed executive director of the American Jew- ish Congress, it was announced by Dr. Israel Goldstein, AJ- Congress presi- dent.
