Mrs. Norman Kanter, past presi- dent of the organization, will serve as chairman for the after- noon. She will introduce the new slate of officers, headed by Mrs. Irving Turner, president. With this meeting the Council hopes to rally its membership for a 1956-7 fund raising cam- paign. Mrs. Chana Michlin, guest speaker, will tell of her experiences as one of a ten- member delegation of Pioneer Women to the World Zionist Congress in Israel.
