Brazil, Israel Sign New
Commercial Agreement

RIO DE JANEIRO, (JTA) —
The first commercial and pay-
ments agreement between Is-
rael and Brazil was concluded
here when Brazilian Foreign
Minister Macedo Soares and Is-
rael Minister of Commerce Pin-
chas Saphir affixed their signa-
tures to the document. There is
no limit on the financial trans-
actions under terms Of the
agreement.
