beauty queen, a 21-year-old
Tel Aviv typist, will compete
for the "Miss Universe" title

Sara Binstock won the title
in a contest here over 24 con-

Poland OKs Emigration of

has agreed, for humanitarian
reasons, to permit emigration to
Israel of Jewish orphans, the
