Scott Films Presents Color

will hold its annual graduation
banquet at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday,
in the Labor Zionist Institute
auditorium, 19161 Schaefer.
Graduating students will pre-
sent the cantata "The Life of
Dr. Chaim Weizmann," com-
posed by M. Goldoftas, princi-
pal, and arranged by Mrs. Rose
Shoshana Freedman, teacher
and artist. Community and
movement leaders will give
greetings and diplomas will be
distributed.
The traditional year book
with greetings and compositions
by the students will be distrib-
uted at the banquet. For reser-

Registration for the fall term
is now open for nursery school
children, aged 31/2 to five years,
and grade school children, aged
seven to 13 years. In addition
to the regular curriculum, chil-
dren are also prepared for Bar
Mitzvah. Transportatibn is also

With over 2,500 days of school,
and 13 years of classes behind
them, Central's seniors are head-
ing toward their last days of
school, some happily, some
sadly.
This morning, over 300 sen-
iors received their caps and
gowns in the auditorium, and
marched around the school in
the traditional Swing-Out.
The marchers were led by
the class officers, David Lip-
schutz, Marilyn Frankel, Jerry
Uzansky and Estelle Ring.
Tuesday, the seniors and their
parents will fill the auditorium
at 2:15 for Class Day exercises.
Miss Bertha Robinson, princi-
pal, and William Arbaugh, as-
sistant-principal will pass out
awards, honor diplomas and
scholarships.
A -feature of Class Day will
be the students' program, which
will include - Rachel Horwitz
and Helen Freedman reading
the class poem, Ronnie Aronson
and Eleanor Banks giving the
class prophecy, Helen Goodman
presenting the class gift, and
Aaron Rosenthal handing the
Spade to 12B president J err y

Wednesday, diplomas will be
handed to each graduate in
Mackenzie High's Auditorium.
Speeches will be given by Eu-
gene Loren, Alan Rosenthal,
Izetta Ray, Marilyn Frankel, Da-
vid Lipschutz, and Rochelle
Lupovich. The seniors will meet
again at the Prom, to be held
at Lovett Hall, in Greenfield
Village.
