Council Delegates Re-Elect Samuel Rhodes to Presidency Re-election of Samuel J. Rhodes to the presidency of the Jewish Community Council, reports by chairman of various Council committees and an ad- dress by Israel Vice-Consul I.D. There is great apprehension in Israel, he emphasized, be- cause of the mounting imbal- ance of arms, which has been accelerated • by the reported arms deal between Poland and Egypt.
