Jacob Orecklin, 85, Dies;
Was Windsorjewish Leader
Jacob Orecklin, for many
years prominent in' Windsor
community and congregational
circles, died here last Saturday
at age of 85.
Funeral services were held
Sunday at Kaufman Chapel.
Surviving are his sons, Dr.
Leo Orecklin of Detroit and
Dr. Archie Orecklin of Toronto;
a daughter, Mrs. Meyer Metz-
ger of .3047 Sturtevant, with

whom the deceased made his
home here for the past eight
years, and six grandchildren.
His wife passed away eight
years ago. They wire married
49 years.
Mr. Orecklin was one of the
organizers of the Windsor Tal-
mud Torah in 1914.
