▪ • • ctivities tri Society A sweet sixteen party in honor of Miss Harriet Rochelle Cohen will be given Saturday by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mar- tin Cohen, of Elmhurst Ave. In celebration of Mr. Abe Zussman's recent birthday, a cock- tail party was given by Mr. and Mrs. Nate Kaletsky. He was also honored by Mrs. Zussman at a dinner for 25 couples in the Elm- wood Casino. Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Dosie, of Greenlawn Ave., and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Friedman, of Oak Park, spent a recent week-end in Pittsburgh, 'where they attended the wedding of their sister, Sylvia Cohen, to Bernard Lewis. While there, they went on to New York to visit with their sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Jules Ballin. Bee Kalt and Ellen Johnson, of the Elliott Travel Service staff, have left for a three-week tour of Hawaii, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and San Francisco, to familiarize themselves with new hotels built during the past two years. Mr. and Mrs. George Posen were honored at a party given by their children last Sunday, in honor of their 40th wedding aimivergary. Over 50 members of Pie family and friends helped to observe the celebration which took place in Sid's Cafe. Mr. and Mrs. Allan Grundy (Luba Jacobs) and family, for- merly of San Juan Dr. ; are now residing in their new home at 20231 Kentfield: Abe Schiller, of Las Vegas, was the guest of his family here for a few days last week. While in Detroit, he addressed the Adcraft Club's luncheon meeting on Friday.
