homa area for Israel Bonds.

Bond Organization' announced
this week that Harold Berke has
joined the staff of the organiza-
tion. He wil act in the capacity
of associate city manager.
Berke came to Detroit from
Toronto four years ago to
assume directorship of the local
Histadrut campaign. In the
course of his activities he has
become a. well-known member
of the community.
He replaces Irving Teicher,
who was transferred from the
