At a family seder, held dur-
ing Passover in the home of
Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Simons, of
Pasadena Ave., announcement
was made of the engagement of
Ethel Naiditch, daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. A. A. Naiditch, of Chi-
cago, Ill., to Dr. Sheldon Si-
mons, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Simons.
The bride-elect is a graduate
of the University of Illinois
school of education, and at pres-
ent is teaching in the Chicago
public school system.
Dr. Simons, a graduate of the
University of Michigan Dental
School 'where he-- was affiliated
with Alpha Omega professional
fraternity, presently is serving
a-tour of duty with • the U. S.
Air Force and is stationed at
Chanute Field, Rantoul, Ill.
The wedding will be solemn-
ized on July 22, in Chicago's
Morrison Hotel.
