MRS. OSCAR SILVERSTEIN

In a double - ring ceremony
March 24, at Adas Shalom Syn-
agogue, Dolores Sloan, daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Sloan,
became the bride of Oscar- Dav-
id Silverstein, son of Mr. and
Mrs. Samuel Silverstein, of
Huntington Woods. Rabbi Jacob
E. Segal and Cantor Nicholas
Fenakel officiated.
For her wedding, the bride
chose a gown of Italian silk taf-
feta in a soft-blue shade. The
fitted bodice was accented with
a portrait neckline and short
sleeves appliqued with Chantil-
ly lace.
The bouffant skirt fell in
graceful tiers, edged with lace,
into a chapel train. Her triple-
tiered veil of silk illusion fell
from a matching shell appli-
qued with the lace.
Attending the bride as ma-
tron of honor was Mrs. Leonard
Gordo n, while bridesmaids
were Toby Silverstein, the
bridegroom's sister, Margaret
Galdonyi, Suzanne Barcu's and
Judith Hershowitz.
Bernard Wittenberg was the
bridegroom's best man, and
ushers included the bride's
brother, Joel Sloan, Gordon.
Burk; Robert Boruch and Har-
old Daitch.
Following a honeymoon in
Nassau, the Bahama Islands, the
couple will take up residence in
Detroit.

day, in the current series spon-

Men's Club.
