Police Officer Speak

Duartians of the City of Hope
will meet Monday evening, at
. Beth Aaron Synagogue, when
Detective Lt. Hobart Harris, of
the Detroit Police Department's
specialinvestigation squad
speaks on "The Confidence
Game in Detroit."
A free membership to the or-
ganization will be awarded to
the person submitting the best
slogan for the Duartians, in six
words or less. Details will be
announced at Monday's meeting,
which is open to young adults,
18 to 35.
At a recent meeting, Ed Klein
was unanimously elected presi-
dent, to fill the unexpired term
caused by the resignation of the
previous president.
Klein- states that a city-wide
dance isliting planned for June
9, at Masonic Temple, at which
a name- hand and noted enter-
tainers will be featured.
