NEW YORK '(AJP)—Mr. and
Mrs. 'Cletas Trinker, American
converts to Judaism, have ar-
rived in New York' from Grand
Haven, Mich., en route to- their
new home in Israel.
They are the first of 11,000
members of United Israel World
Union who have decided to set-
tle, in the Holy Land. About 40
other families are making plans
to leave in the near future.
Upon their arrival in Israel,
the Trinkers will be met by a
group of Israeli leaders who are
setting up a United Israel World
Union Unit in the Holy Land.

Among those welcoming them
will be Eliezer Tritto, one of
the leaders of the Italian Cath-
olic converts to Judaism who
arrived .in Israel about seven
years ago from the South Ital-
ian town of San Nicandro.
The Trinkers plan to join the
Israeli Unit of the Movement
in an attempt to counteract the
activities of the Christian mis-
sionaries who have been snatch-
ing Jewish children with prom-
ises of food and clothing.
