Mrs. Milton Winston are co-
chairmen of the annual Purim
Luncheon of WOMEN'S SAB-
BATH LEAGUE, scheduled for
12:30 p. m., Feb. 22, in Young
Israel Center. Proceeds will go
to the scholarship fund of the
Yeshivath Beth Yehudah, main-
tained by the Sabbath League.
Rabbi Emanuel Applebaum will
be guest speaker, and a pro-
gram of Purim music will be
offered by Yeshivah students.

Dr. Alfred H. Kelly, chair-
man of the Wayne University
history department, will speak
at a combined affair of NORTH-
WEST and SCHAEFER CHAP-
TERS, American Jewish Con-
gress, at 8:15 p. in., Wednesday,
at the Lee Plaza Hotel. Dr.
Kelly will speak on "The Loy-
alty Program and National Se-
curity," a musical skit, "Con-
gress Dreams," and a talk on
current events by Sidney Stein,
regional AJC director, also will
be featured. Mrs. Leopold Sny-
der is program chairman, and
hosts will be Mr. and Mrs.
Maurice Robins.
