The projAt envisions one great vocational training center at Tel Aviv, bringing under one roof the scattered ORT schools in the Jaffa-Tel Aviv area. Many new, heavy, mass pro- duction skills would be added to those already taught in ORT schools. The program will en- compass seven major and four secondaiy structures, with cur- riculum like that of a technical high school which teaches aca- demic and vocational studies.
