OPEN SUNDAYS VI to

Mrs. Sidney Senzer, national
vice-president of Women's
American ORT, will be guest
speaker at an open board meet-
ing of the Michigan ORT Region
at 10 a.m., Monday, in the Lee
Plaza Hotel.
Mrs. Senzer will speak on the
new project for ORT Tel Aviv,
of which she is national chair-
man. The projAt envisions one
great vocational training center
at Tel Aviv, bringing under one
roof the scattered ORT schools
in the Jaffa-Tel Aviv area.
Many new, heavy, mass pro-
duction skills would be added
to those already taught in ORT
schools. The program will en-
compass seven major and four
secondaiy structures, with cur-
riculum like that of a technical
high school which teaches aca-
demic and vocational studies.
Mrs. Senzer, an author and
lecturer, serves as the official
ORT observer at the United Na-
tions. In 1954, she visited ORT
installations in Europe, North
Africa and Israel.
A dessert luncheon and games
will follow the meeting at 12:30
p.m, Mrs. Theodore Roth, presi‘
dent of Golfdale Chapter, is
hostess for the afternoon pro-
gram, which will feature prizes.
