Jan. 8 Wedding Unites
Miss Fisher, Dr. Stein

MRS. EDWARD F. STEIN

An improvised altar in the
Oak 'Room of the Statler Hotel
was the scene of the Jan. 8
wedding which united Nancy
Molly Fisher, daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Ellis Fisher, of Oak
Dr.,. and Dr. Edward Fred Stein,
son, of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Stein,
of Hubbell Ave. Dr. Leon Fram
and Rabbi M. Robert Syme of-
ficiated.
The bride's gown of antique
satin with rosepointe lace was
styled with a bertha of the lace
and an inset of illusion which
formed the jewelry neckline.
Other distinguishing features
were long sleeves, the skirt
scattered with appliqued bows
of satin which caught up nar-
row panels of the lace and
dropped them to the hemline in
front and rear and a chapel
train.
Her Elizabethan veil of il-
lusion fell froin a snugly-fitting
headpiece of rosepointe lace,
which was banded by a small
garland of orange blossoms, and
dropped to the end of her train.
She carried a cascading bouquet
of gardenias and stephanotis.
Barbara Levin was the bride's
attendant, while Michael Ivan
Fisher was Dr. Stein's best man.
Seating the guests were Yale
Miller, Sol Stein, George Dean
and ,Dr. Herman Teitel.
Following dinner and a recep-
tion, the young couple flew to
New York for a brief wedding
trip before Dr. Stein reports to
the armed forces for military
duty.
