Dr. and Mrs. Henry Schlesinger and children, of 18405 Rose-
lawn, are currently vacationing in Palm Springs, Calif.
Rabbi Simon Noveck, of the Park Avenue Synagogue, New
York, was the guest here of his family last week-end.
Mrs. Edith Albert Levy is currently visiting the Jacob Alberts,

in Los Angeles, Calif. They were joined for the holiday weekend
by Mr. Levy. Before returning horn, Mrs. Levy will spend some
tim in. San Francisco and Palm Springs.
Dr. and .Mrs. Albert S. Kalman, of 18400 Woodingham, are
presently vacationing in Miami Beach, Fla.
Dr. and Mrs.. Donald Golden, of Canterbury Dr., spent New
Year's Eve in New York City. Their son, Mickey, is spending the
winter vacation with his , grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ben Blum-
berg, of' Bay Dr., Miami Beach, Fla.
Dr. and Mrs. B. L. Lieberman, of this city, are vacationing in
Mexico City where they are staying at the Hotel Monte Cassino.
Dr, Leon Fram, of Temple Israel, and Dr. Richard C. Hertz
and Rabbi Minard Klein, • of Temple Beth El, were in Cincinnati,
0., last week to attend the Alumni- Convocation of the Hebrew
Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion. All three rabbis are
alumni of the school.

Betsy Ann Brown, daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Alan N. Brown,
became the bride of Gerald N.
Loomus, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Joseph Loomus, on Dec. 17, at
Temple Israel. The double-ring
ceremony was solemnized by
Dr. Leon Fram and Rabbi Jacob
E. Segal.
The bride wore a - White de
lustre satin gown, with square
neckline, princess line bodice
with bands of hand-run Alencon
lace extending to floor length
and falling into a chapel train.
Her two-tiered veil of silk il-
lusion was held in place by a
crown of pearls and piates. She
carried a Bible adorned with
orchids and stephanotis.
Emily Schultz was maid of
honor, and bridesmaids were
Valerie Latt and Joan Rothen-
berg. The bridegroom's sisters,
Maxine and Maureen Loomus,
were junior bridesmaids. The
bride's brother, Stephen Brown,
served as best man, while ushers
included Melvin Bornstein and
Myron Joyrich.
The yotmg couple is honey-
mooning in New York City. Fol-
lowing their return, they will
take up residence on Sturtevant
Ave.
