Hertz will speak on "Israel and the Reform Jew." At 11:15 a.m.
services Saturday, Dr. Hertz will preach on "Nehemiah—Re-

At Temple Israel Event

Gov. G. Mennen Williams will
address a program jointly spon-
sored by. the Sisterhood and
Men's Club of Temple Israel at
9 p.m., Monday, in the temple.
The Governor will speak on
his recent trip to Israel, and
will show slides he took during
his tour of the country.

To Complete Library

The PTA of Yeshivah Beth
Yehudatt, in conjunction with the
Book Month celebration from
Nov. 4 to Dec. 4, is planning a
book drive to complete the main
library Of its new Daniel Laven
Center, Dexter at Sturtevant.
Mrs. Nathan Butrimowitz,
chairman of the library commit-
tee, urges the public to donate
books on both secular and re-
ligious subjects to the new li-
brary.
Those who would like to help
in the project but do not have
books on hand are asked to - con-
tribute in honor or memory of 'a
loved one. All donors of books
or money may contact Mrs. But-
rimowitz at TO. 9-3439 for col-
lection. _
Mrs. Jack H. Isbee, president
of the PTA, announced that the
building's playground would be
paved through the efforts of the
PTA and several private indi-
viduals.
The annual Movie Night will
be held Tuesday evening, Nov.
15 at the Dexter Theater when

night We Sing" will be shown.
